During individual sessions (1:2:1), the focus is solely on you and your needs, allowing for a deeper immersion in the vibrations and sounds of the instruments. With the close proximity and the ability to adjust the session to your preferences, you can fully embrace and experience the healing benefits of the instruments in a personalized and tailored way.
Group sessions can be a powerful way to feel connected and experience the soothing effects of sound therapy. By immersing oneself in the vibrations, rhythms, and frequencies of the instruments, individuals can achieve a state of relaxation and healing for both their body and mind.
The sound healing method I am trained in (BAST method) involves the use of specific instruments played in a particular way to induce the ASC, which can have many healing effects and/or leave you feel immensely relaxed, depending on your needs and your own internal work.
The instruments I use at the moment include:
I run 1:2:1 (private) sessions and group soundbaths.
A session can involve the use of one or more (mixed) methods/instruments.
Are you interested in arranging a custom soundbath experience for your workplace, group of friends, retreat or other special occasion?
A 1:2:1 session, as any personal treatment, is tailored specifically to your needs.
In order for me to decide which instrument(s) and playing technique(s) will be most beneficial for you, a session is preceeded with a reflective process.
It is also for you to use the time and space we have to give some thought to your current state and needs.
The reflective process, as a simple mindfulness exercise, is your conscious exploration of what stands in the way of flow in your life at the moment, what you need to flourish – live a fulfilled life – without beating yourself up over what cannot be changed anymore and/or being anxious about the future, which is not here yet.
Eckhart Tolle
The reflective process serves as a tool for you to use on a daily basis to develop coping strategies for everyday challenges so that you can feel fulfilled, calm, healthy and whole.
Whatever it is in the mindfulness exercise we go through together for you, you take it along on your sound journey.
I apply all my expertise, compassionate energy and passion into using my instruments (and/or voice) to help you enjoy the experience and get the most out of it.
Please note that you need to allow a little bit more time for the first private session, especially if you are new to a sound therapy experience.
At a private session a client lies comfortably on a massage bed, surrounded by the instruments.
Most people experience a noticable effect of the sound on their body and mind at the very first session.
However, as the research as well as my and other terapists’ experience suggest, it takes 4 (or more) sessions to feel the sustained healing effects.
It also usually takes time for a novice to get used to the unique nature of the instruments and the experience in general.
Each session should be around 7 days apart – ideally between 5 to maximum 10 days.
You need enough time to process anything that comes up during a session, but do not want to loose the momentum and start from the beginning.
Obviously, life gets busy and that is not always possible.
Any other pattern is also beneficial – the 7-day-rule applies to getting-the-most-out-of-it scenario and refers to the strictly therapeutic sessions (major issues).
For the relaxation, general physical and mental health improvement, rebalance the are no time requirements – you are welcome to come every day 😊

This treatment is obviously run on a 1:2:1 basis only.
The massage involves placing Himalayan bowls on a completely dressed client (the places we put them on are to be discussed and decided on according to the individual’s needs).
You are fully immersed in the calming frequencies of the bowls, often described as 'a sonic cuddle'. The vibrations get deeper into the tissues, stimulating the nervous system through the direct contact, leaving you fully rebalanced on mental and physical levels.
It is mostly recommended for :
A client lies comfortably on a massage table, facing down.
A Himalayan bowl on-body treatment can be run as a mixed-method session and involve the use of other instruments too (off-body).
A whole session lasts around 90 minutes, with the bowls on-body for 50min or less, depending on whether it is a single or mixed method session.
Group sessions are more relaxation-oriented, with the sound pattern focused on restoring balance and harmony on all (body-mind-spirit) levels, easing tension, feeling more aligned and tapped into your natural biorhythms.
All the benefits of the sound apply to the group sessions too, as the sound waves always impact your body and mind on the cellular level.
It is not adjusted to individual’s needs though.
A session usually lasts around 90 minutes:
The participants lie comfortably on mattresses, enjoying the rebalancing power of vibrations.
I usually use mixed methods for soundbaths; however, there might be single-method ones available too.
Please keep an eye out for the soundbath dates and venues.
